Path one: If you’re new to TMC or it’s been longer than 5 years since you’ve taken our trainings, start with one of our Foundations trainings. Managers should take “Managing to Change the World.” Staff should take “Working for Change.” Then, you can move on to our Skill Builder trainings!

Path two: If you have trained with us within the last 5 years, you can jump right in with Skill Builder trainings.

We have the following Skill Builders available now for managers: 1) Giving Feedback, 2) Hiring Your Team, and 3) Making Better Decisions. We also have two more Skill Builders coming in January 2025: Investing in People and Performance, and Building a Healthy Team Culture.

In addition, we have Skill Builders for staff and managers: Driving Impact with SMARTIE Goals is available now. In January, we will launch two more: Managing Up and Sideways, and Planning Projects.

Another path at TMC is registering for a package. All packages include a Foundations training and two to three Skill Builders. Preset packages include: 1) Build an Empowered Team, 2) Ace Performance Management, or 3) Manage to Ambitious Outcomes. You can also build your own package.
