Taylor Broome

Taylor is an experienced operations professional with a background in the non-profit and education sectors. Before joining TMC, Taylor served as an Operations Coordinator at the Black Teacher Project, where she played a key role in supporting and developing Black teachers to transform schools into vibrant communities of liberated learning. Her deep commitment to social justice and passion for continuous learning shape both her professional and personal endeavors. Taylor holds a B.S. in Communication from Cal Poly Pomona and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Cal Baptist University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and attending concerts.
