Planning Projects

Are you leading or working on a team-based project? This training is for you!

This interactive, online training helps social justice and educational equity managers and staff get everyone on the same page and working effectively. Come prepared to workshop a project plan!

This online training is offered as a 3-hour session via Zoom.

Cost: 

$250 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$210 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$155 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$150 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance

Prerequisite: Managing to Change the World or Working for Change, within the last 5 years.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.

Beginning in 2025, these packages replace TMC's legacy Managing Projects course, covering everything you need to manage complex projects.
