Working for Change

This interactive, online training empowers staff in non-supervisory roles to get outstanding results at work and build strong relationships.

Whether you’re new to your role or leveling up your leadership, this training provides the tools and mindsets you need to reach team and individual goals while advancing equity and balancing what’s sustainable.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.

Working for Change takes place online via Zoom.  

You can choose the 1-day (6 hours) format or the 2-day (3 hours each) format. Both include the same content, activities, and frequent short breaks. The daylong format includes a 45-minute break. 

Cost: 

$420 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$360 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$270 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$220 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance

• Exercise your agency by asking great questions, making proposals, and making the most of check-ins
