Giving Feedback

All feedback can help us grow. When delivered skillfully, it shows care and investment. This interactive, online training helps social justice and educational equity leaders give high-quality feedback that strengthens relationships and leads to better results.

Learn to prevent bias in feedback and help your team grow with CSAW, TMC’s model process for effective feedback. You’ll practice with other participants using real-world scenarios in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Prerequisite: Managing to Change the World, within the last 5 years.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.

Cost: 

$250 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$210 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$155 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$150 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance
