This interactive, online training for social justice and educational equity leaders provides essential tools and mindsets for equitable, sustainable, and results-driven management. Learn and practice in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Managing to Change the World will give you what you need to define (or refine!) your approach to effective people management.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.

Managing to Change the World takes place online via Zoom.  

You can choose the 1-day (6 hours) format or the 2-day (3 hours each) format. Both include the same content, activities, and frequent short breaks. The daylong format includes a 45-minute break.

Cost: 

$475 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$400 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$290 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$250 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance

This training is for all people managers. Whether you're new or experienced, we'll help you lay a strong foundation—or get a timely refresher!—to manage for equity, sustainability, and results.
