With the Build Your Own option, you can design a training series tailored to your needs and timeline.

For Managers

  • Start with Managing to Change the World to set your compass toward equity, sustainability, and results. It’s a prerequisite.**
  • Then choose two or more Skill Builders, such as Hiring Your Team, Driving Impact with SMARTIE Goals, Giving Feedback, and more.

For Staff

  • Start with Working for Change to get outstanding results and build strong relationships. It’s a prerequisite.**
  • Then choose two or more Skill Builders, such as Driving Impact with SMARTIE Goals, Planning Projects, or Managing Up and Sideways.

How It Works

  1. Add Managing to Change the World or Working for Change by selecting a date/time.
  2. Add two or more Skill Builders by selecting a date/time for each course (see the full Schedule or browse below). All your selections should appear on your registration (checkout) page. You can scroll down to review trainings or make changes.
  3. A 10% discount will apply automatically when you checkout.

Prices vary based on the trainings you select: 

  • Organizations with budgets over $10 million can expect $100-122 off!
  • Organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million expect $82-103 off!
  • Organizations with budgets below $2 million can expect $60-76 off!
  • Individuals attending without organizational assistance can expect $55-70 off!
