Join our classic 6-hour Managing Projects before it sunsets!

Are you leading or working on a team-based project? Are you looking for strategies to get everyone on the same page and plan the work effectively? This training is for you–whether or not you have “project manager” in your job title. 

Come prepared to workshop a project you’re planning. 

This online training takes place via Zoom. 

You can choose the 1-day (6 hours) format or the 2-day (3 hours each) format. Both include the same content, activities, and frequent short breaks. The daylong format includes a 45-minute break.

Cost: 

$475 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$400 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$290 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$250 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance

This legacy training does not require a prerequisite. Managing Projects will sunset December 2024.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.
