Our new training lineup combines the quality content and engaging facilitation we’re known for with more options and flexibility so you can deepen your learning. (We’ve made Zoom-based learning a lot better, too.)
- Announcing Skill Builders. These interactive, skill-focused trainings let you dive deep into key topics right when you need them. Looking to improve your decision-making, give high-quality feedback, or build a more cohesive team? We have a Skill Builder for that—and more! To take Skill Builders, you need to take a Foundations training first (either Managing to Change the World for managers or Working for Change for staff). More info on prereqs below.
- Fresh Foundations. With our refreshed Managing to Change the World training, you’ll learn to apply TMC’s innovative conspire-and-align approach and elevate your day-to-day management using essential tools every manager needs. Like the classic edition, this training is designed for new managers and senior leaders alike.
- Build Your Management Must-Haves with Packages. With packages, we made it easier to level up, whether you’re making annual professional development plans or onboarding new hires. Each package combines our Foundations training with 2-3 Skill Builders—and gives you 10% off. Select a preset package or design your own.
