Cosmo is an educator and engaging facilitator helping leaders shine their light full wattage and towards justice. Her career began in Honduras where she started a nonprofit organization improving access to quality youth education. Since then, she served as Managing Director of UPenn’s Center for Social Impact Strategy where she led executive education programs for nonprofit leaders. Her passion for building relationships and lifelong learning drove her to work with grassroots organizations and universities to design learning experiences for and with youth and adults. Cosmo earned her M.P.A in Nonprofit Management from New York University and a B.A. in American Studies and Women Studies from the College of William and Mary. She lives in Los Angeles with her partner, son, and Jack Russell Terrier, Rumi. What fills her joy bucket? Hiking, cooking Japanese-inspired cuisine, dancing to 90s jams, and learning languages.
